Andrew Braxton has worked in the land, construction and development industry since the beginning of his career. Starting in 2000 as the owner and operator of Peak Land Company, a real estate sales and multifamily home building company, he grew the business into Farmington, Missouri’s largest single family home building company. Andrew has established a diverse set of skills throughout his career, gaining a first-hand understanding of each aspect of the development business. Throughout his work experience, he has managed many land transactions and construction projects, while collaborating with civil engineers and land planners to lay out communities that appeal to the buying demographic. Today, as a Principal of Braxton Development, Andrew focuses on new development, researching various underserved markets and demographics to locate successful development properties. He handles real estate contracts, zoning, entitlement and is involved in the management of all multifamily communities.
