Matt Gagnon joined the team in 2022 after starting his career as a licensed civil engineer working in land development. Matt designed and managed public infrastructure and subdivision projects. He was involved with the entitlement process for development projects, working with various stakeholders to gain consensus among all parties related to the project. As a project manager at Braxton Development, Matt’s responsibilities include project entitlement, design management, and pre-construction related tasks for hospitality and multifamily projects. Throughout the construction phase of Braxton projects, Matt assists with design consultant management and construction oversight. Matt graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Montana.
