William Ralph is responsible for entitlement, design management, pre-development underwriting, market research, and pre-construction activities for hospitality and multifamily development projects. William also provides design consultant management during the construction phase to help ensure success for all projects. He started his career as a civil engineering consultant, managing and designing various types of land development projects. Today, he manages all third‐party design consultants and public agency relationships for Braxton Development. William graduated from Montana State University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, from the University of Montana with a Masters in Business Administration and is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Montana.
